I know that choosing a webcast provider can sometimes be a daunting task. There are so many areas about the technology that need to be addressed.

Look for a webcast provider that makes the technology transparent to your presenters and allows them to present as they typically do. The webcast provider you select should be able to tap into existing audio-visual and video feeds already being sent to the projector to capture the presentation material. This avoids the awkwardness of installing software on presenters’ laptops or having them present from a computer. It also eliminates inconveniencing presenters for their presentations ahead of time and preventing them from making last minute changes. Click here to see what Focus Creative offers.
