		<description>I think your point about asking people to share their experiences using a hashtag or other social media tool is really important. Understanding your consumer or attendee can help you with future events, and I think that is one of the greatest benefits of social media...getting to know your audience. I also like how you mentioned that by keeping the conversation going you engage the people who didnt come, because they are curious as to what they missed.
